How KEG Manpower Deployed 1,067 Workers for the Qatar World Cup

In 2022, KEG Manpower undertook one of its most ambitious deployment projects: placing over 1,000 skilled workers for the FIFA World Cup in Qatar. This project demonstrated our capacity for large-scale, time-sensitive international recruitment.

The project required coordination across multiple sectors — construction, hospitality, security, and facility management. Our team worked closely with Qatari employers and government agencies to ensure all workers met the required standards and received proper documentation.

Candidate sourcing drew from our extensive database across Ghana, Kenya, and Uganda. Each candidate underwent thorough screening, skills assessment, and pre-departure orientation to ensure they were fully prepared for the demands of the project.

Logistics management was critical: coordinating flights, accommodation, work permits, and on-ground orientation for over a thousand individuals required precision planning and real-time problem-solving.

The success of this deployment reinforced our reputation as a reliable large-scale recruitment partner and opened doors to ongoing relationships with major employers in the Gulf region.
